Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: Totally okay, but chances are slim that he'd flirt back or...even react to it at all.
Fighting with this character: YES! Derek is big on violence.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Fine with me as long as it's discussed first.
Killing this character: I'll consider this case-by-case. But it does need to be discussed first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Totally fine!
